Once you fill out the form you will receive an Enquiry number.

Please print a copy of this Receipt and keep it for your records. If you cannot print this page, please ensure you write down the Enquiry Number.

Without the Enquiry Number, we cannot verify your Enquiry.

We undertake to contact all enquiries within 48 hours of receipt.

Supporting Documentation for Registration:

•   2 copies of the passport of the sponsoring parent
•   2 copies of the residence visa of the sponsoring parent when available
•   2 copies of your child's passport
•   2 copies of your child's residence visa when available
•   2 copies of your child's birth certificate (please see our website for the attestation and translation requirements)
•   3 photos of your child
•   2 copies of your child's immunization record
•   2 Years of report cards (if your child has received any learning support/special education please provide all reports/information)
•   Original Transfer certificate please see our website for TC format requirements and for TC attestation and translation requirements where applicable)
